We are a dynamic and experienced team and have big plans for our Social Impact Startup! We want to make food-saving for consumers and the trade mainstream and to bring back excess, but perfectly edible food with innovative solutions in the cycle. At the moment, our 3 rescuers in Berlin as well as through our online shop enable us to save all people - also from the comfort of their own home - while protecting the environment and the wallet. Through your participation, we would like to expand this area and keep track!
DA RETTER MISSION
- You are the main contact person of the management and support and relieve you of all administrative and organizational tasks
- You coordinate and organize appointments, meetings and presentations on your own and prepare them before and after
- You organize structured and efficient data storage and resubmission for the management
- You assist in the creation of analyzes, decision templates and reports for the management
- You are the communication interface for internal and external contacts
- You make sure that the office is structured and sorted and remains
- You participate in the continuous optimization of our internal processes
- You take responsibility for your own smaller and larger projects within the office

- You have successfully completed a preferably business studies or comparable training
- You know MS Office & Google Drive inside out

- You have a communicative nature and a quick mind
